I have very high standards and expectations, and I have to say that the quality work and the customer service we received from Wesley surpassed them all. I called Hoover's company because of their high ratings and great reviews online, and I can see why. Marshall got us in the next day and for a trip to Santa Fe nonetheless. This is the kind of company that has employees you can tell have a high work ethic as well as personal ethic. Wesley was very prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His work and consideration of many extra details surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend Hoover's and go with them again!

The Hoover Team was GREAT! Marshall, Jacob and Robert were so nice and very knowledgeable. Not only did they clean all the air ducts and dryer vent they alerted me to two fire hazards in my home including my dryer vent and one within the furnace. The time they took to educate me and correct these issues probably saved my home from a future fire. Great from start to finish! They were exactly on time at 9:00 am and got to work immediately. You can tell it is a very efficient team of three! They knew what to do, where to go, where to lay the hoses and the towels they used for protection. Marshall is very personable and all three were professional and polite. Marshall made time for me today because I had purchased a new dryer that kept shutting down and the company I bought it from thought the sensor on the dryer was picking up blockage in the dryer vent. Marshall went to the roof and ran the vacuum down the vent. Yuck-the stuff he got out, besides blocking the efficiency of the dryer it was a huge dryer fire danger. I had my dryer duct cleaned by another company two years ago but I don't recall the company sending their rep up on the roof.

Marshall and his helper arrived on time, assessed the work to be done and proceeded quickly. They were careful of the house, walls ect. and did a very thorough job. The job took about four hours as estimated. I used the heater the next morning and no dust blew out of the vents. Their clean up was quick, neat and efficient.

The guy's at Hoover's Air Duct Cleaning were great. They came out early. They were really professional and efficient. Their prices were good. They did some additional work that wasn't included in the price. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

I was very satisfied with the work performed. They cleaned every air duct and I could hear the plaster and debris being vacuumed out that had been left there for 50 years when other air duct cleaners had "cleaned it out." Apparently the previous companies had missed an awful lot of plaster and other debris that was in the heating registers. I am thrilled!

My new dryer stopped working because the check dryer vent light came on. It was Sunday but I got online, found Hoover's and sent an email asking for a response asap. Early Monday morning Marshall sent me an email with contact information. I called and by that afternoon my dryer vent was cleaned and my dryer was back in action.
